“When doing the self check-in we almost posted our key when the lovely staff member asked if we had recieved the green card print out for collection of our car. We had not and she asked us to bring the key to the counter to have a card printed for us. It was a good thing she noticed as picking up the car would have been difficult and this wouldn’t have been a 5 start review! Thank you and sorry I didn’t catch her name.”
