“Generally good service. The only thing that I did not like too much is that my car was moved to another space when I returned. It was moved further from the bus stop than originally parked. Unless for emergency purposes like E.g fire., I would prefer not to have the car moved at all. What was that all about?”
“It wasn't easy to find in the dark. Signposts were small.
It was rammed with people coming and going. Queue for the bus was right around the building and it was very cold waiting. No wheelchair users were particularly catered for.”
“Very busy throughput of vehicles, time spent in parking the vehicle, efficient service and Staff, transfer to Airport smooth. Return collection busy, only slight delay in obtaining keys, very long walk to reach vehicle. Would have liked vehicle parked to drive straight out, not reversing out in the dark and raining heavily.”
