“Very disappointed with the long delay when returning to pick up our car. Buses were unloading with 80+ passengers and there were only two overworked and harrassed women at the desk and a very long queue of tired and frustrated customers stretching out of the door and into the rain soaked car park. It will make me look for an alternative next time.”
“Very Friendly Staff at terminal. It was lucky it was not raining when we travelled in September as we were queued right down the park for a bus! Would have got soaked. However in October (same time of day) we hopped straight on a waiting bus.
The return was very easy and again staff very friendly and helpful.”
