“It is easy to find Silver zone as it is well signposted. There was plenty of space near the centre for the key drop off. The automated key drop off threw me slightly but was actually easy to use; there were also staff nearby at a help desk. Good toilets on site as well. Frequent buses to departures and on our return - you don't have to walk far to departures from the bus; a little further from luggage claim on return but quite doable. Staff were nice and friendly when we picked up the car keys, impressive as we were there just after 2 am, well done to them. I think we have used them 5 times now, good value fo money.”
“Really concerned about the large amount of people in reception area of Silver zone at 4am. But well managed hand over of car keys and the fransfer to airport was excellent.”
“This was our first time using the silver zone probably wont use again as we found it a long walk from parking the car to booking in and found the queues for booking in and bus transfers long and tedious we did wait over 10 mins once we were on the bus to get going didnt understand the delay we will still use on site bristol airport parking but will probably pay the extra to park in long stay so it is easier and no queues, the staff were very good in silver and our car pick up was fairly easy so not all bad.”
“The check-in was painless, the new automated terminals are easy to use, and the bus took us to the terminal in plenty of time. However upon collection I found my car had been moved, only about 20 metres, so I can't see why, or wasn't told why. The seat and mirrors had been moved, and a number of controls had been altered, none of which I can see would have been necessary. I will not be using this cap park facility again.”
