“Excellent service from bus driver to reception staff, I would use barriers to ensure a fair queuing system when a bus load of passengers arrive on return to collect their car keys. This would help to eleviate the problem I encountered when a rather obese old man decided he would ignore everybody else in the queue and wobble himself to the desk by pushing past us. Very rude, you know who you are. But as for dropping off my car and the transport to and from the airport the service was excellent.”
“Good service unfortunately prices have risen since my last visit in May even though not a lot of staff available to return vehicle keys also would be better if person collecting car keys entered rather than between 1&4 people enter especially on a cold damp evening or extend for customer to enter rather than have to stand outside and queue especially when 3 or 4 plane’s landed close together”
