“The silver zone car park is easy to find and use. The buses to and from the airport were there waiting for us and the transfer time was very short. All in all a really good option and a great service.”
“On arrival it was straight forward enough. But in the return the assistant behind the counter advised that our original bay number was 320 . He advised that the car had been moved to two rows back . We were going around in circles. My husband has rheumatoid arthritis and was struggling with the cases. We were just on our way back to office but there was one of your employees asked if we were ok . Told him that the new number was C74 and he explained where to go , which was completely in the wrong direction as the chap when picking our key was . I don’t what he got of this , just a good laugh !!”
“The parking auto booking system works very well. The key pick up process works but your staff members would benefit from some customer relation training. I appreciate I returned late evening and they are trying to get the keys returned quickly but a simple 'good morning, evening' would give a better customer experience and a more pleasant impression of your company.”
“Good access with signposted parking. Check-in is self serve and staff always available to assist if needed. Not part of the main access road to the terminal so avoids queuing traffic. Spaces are well marked but do make a note of the bay number - easily forgotten when sorting bags & family. Closer parking for disabled and families. The one thing I would like to see is more exit direction arrows, I may have missed them but I often find myself guessing which way is the shortest route out.”
“Upon returning the car key was handed to us with no guidance of where the car might be parked.
Not a pleasant experience on a cold and wet night in a dimly lit large car park trying to find it.
