“The parking auto booking system works very well. The key pick up process works but your staff members would benefit from some customer relation training. I appreciate I returned late evening and they are trying to get the keys returned quickly but a simple 'good morning, evening' would give a better customer experience and a more pleasant impression of your company.”
“Good access with signposted parking. Check-in is self serve and staff always available to assist if needed. Not part of the main access road to the terminal so avoids queuing traffic. Spaces are well marked but do make a note of the bay number - easily forgotten when sorting bags & family. Closer parking for disabled and families. The one thing I would like to see is more exit direction arrows, I may have missed them but I often find myself guessing which way is the shortest route out.”
“Upon returning the car key was handed to us with no guidance of where the car might be parked.
Not a pleasant experience on a cold and wet night in a dimly lit large car park trying to find it.

“Simple to use parking service and shuttle bus to the airport terminal.
They do move your car from the drop-off car park to the collections car park, only thing we found was the driver's seat was fully forward on the collection, would be nice if their driver would attempt to put the seat back to the original position! I'd of been able to get in the car and not had to stand in the rain resetting the seat first.”
