“We had to extend our stay abroad by a week, i booked an extra week and paid online, i informed customer services at Bristol Airport Parking of the extention, I had a reply to confirm this would be passed on by an advisor called Willemina. When we arrived back at Silver Zone the message hadn't been passed on to the returning customer department and i was told i had an overstay charge of £108, Luckily i could prove i had paid and eventually i got my key back. With all the money that has been spent on upgrading the system at silver zone ,i think a bit more thought and even a email address to contact silver zone direct may help. There is an email address for early returns but not overstay facilities”
