“Very handy for the airport and usually completely stress free. We’ve used Silver Zone many times, and you relax as soon as you get on the bus. So easy!
However, with our most recent use, we didn’t like that you no longer check in with and hand your keys to a person. There was automated check in instead. However, the machine did not recognise our car registration number or the QR code on our booking confirmation. A person (very helpful) had to do it for us anyway. We were concerned what we would have done if there had only been the machine and no person there to help us. Please keep the people APH.”
“Excellant, apart from the lady driver on 29th/30th May 2023 had an attitude when we declined to stand up as my partner has arthritis in both knees, we said we will wait for the bus behind and she said he won't leave until it is full mind quite rude and abrupt”
