“I have used this car park many times in the past, however, this time was very poor. Arrival was fine. Parked car, noted parking bay and handed in keys. Was given a receipt confirming bay number to keep for return. Just like as previous visits. All good. Then when we returned to collect keys I was handed my keys but my car had been moved to a different location. The location was quite a long way from the reception and the person serving me couldn't explain where it was. I had to wait until I could speak to the only 'English' person who offered to help me and my husband with our bags as we are both elderly. When we got to the bay number it was not our car. This was very upsetting. It was only by luck that my husband our car about 10 spaces along. There wasn't any apology only saying that they wrote bay 56 instead of 65. Also no reason why our car was moved. I have booked Silver Zone parking again for May and September but I'm already feeling stressed and regretting the bookings. My confidence has completely disappeared with Silver Zone parking at Bristol.”
