“Silver Zone is a convenient way to park a car at Bristol Airport, however the service could be improved.
Drop off was very smooth for both parking and key deposit. The experience is let down by an insufficient number of buses which are then overfilled. On the return this leads to a significant number of people queuing for car key collection.”
“I didn't like that we had to self check in but staff were very helpful. The bus driver was friendly and smiling say hello to people when getting on bus. But on the way back the bus driver was very miserable didn't acknowledge people when they come on”
