“My wife and I are retired and fly from Bristol airport quite regularly, at least 4ctimes a year. We always use Silver Zone which we find quite convenient. However with the prices for 1 week spiralling out of control, over £107 on 13th to 20th June 2023 we are considering using other airports or other facilities. We were also very concerned about the fact our car had done 1.3 miles when parked up. How can this be possible?

When we collected our vehicle late at night we were surprised to see our wheel chair accessible vehicle had been moved and reversed into a space (backing onto bushes) when it has stickers clearly saying access is needed to the rear ramp.
We were tired and just wanted to get home.
The next day we noticed the vehicle had been damaged on the rear wheel arches. I was given the run around trying to get an explanation but after 3 weeks was told as we didnt report the damage before we left then its tough!
