“We landed at 10p.m. and although not many in the queue , we were quickly out to the car as Silver Zone were quick and efficient with our key. They parked the car well , no damage so very pleased well done Bristol airport Silver Zone.”
“Quick easy process dropping car off ,plenty of help with the new system ,On return it might have been better if there had been more staff to give keys back when we had ours there was one staff member ,as we neared to the desk eventually another person came to help but overall pleased with our experience”
“Unfortunately, we were prevented from boarding our Easyjet flight to Spilt in Croatia, owing to chaos at the airport, with too many travellers & not enough staff. Bus departure delays at Silver Zone did not help.
The driver spent too long waiting for our bus to fill up with passengers, thereby adding to the delays in reaching the airport departure hall.”
