“Very disappointed! because your main job was to park my van ( small van ) and return it to me just has I left it with you ( clean ), but my vehicle came back looking like it was on a MUD POND ( tyres and wheel well covered in mud ) , from dropping the off my vehicle and keys to returning back to collect my keys I was rating your service a 4 - 5 ⭐, but on seeing my vehicle it went down to 1 ⭐. I have used leave your keys service before, but I never got back my vehicle in the state you returned it.”

“i gave it a three as i found out today when checking my dashcam footage my dashcam had been turned off whilst in the care of bristol airport.
why would you turn off a customers dashcam unless you have something to hide.
