“I didn't like that we had to self check in but staff were very helpful. The bus driver was friendly and smiling say hello to people when getting on bus. But on the way back the bus driver was very miserable didn't acknowledge people when they come on”

“The service we received from the staff was excellent . We used silver zone at Bristol last year for the first time . We parked our car last year and found it where we left it with no extra mileage on . This year however our car had been moved and mileage of 1.6 had been added . We did not receive an explanation of why our car had been moved or where the mileage had been incurred .
