“Everything was fine on check in.
Our flight was delayed then had ro wait between 1-2 hrs to collect our luggage to be told abruptly on check out we were late! We explained, and rhen was asked to oay an extra £15 which we did.
The receptionist was awfully abrupt with no emoathy at all!!
We also left our car in a disabked bay on checking in with the blue badge left in the window. On arrival back was not in a disabled bay for collection. It was a long walk back to the car, not acceotable in my opinion.
We left feeling that the whole incident spoilt our home coming and has left a bad taste at the end of our holiday. Totally put off using that airport and parking again to be honest.”

Prefer face to face checking in but help nearby if needed with machines .
No wait for bus to terminal .
No wait for bus from terminal on our return .
