“Bit hectic at first trying to follow instructions to leave the key. However transfer bus was waiting and no problem getting to the airport. On the return journey we literally stepped onto the bus, no waiting. Our flight was cancelled and we were then also delayed on the new return flight which made over 50 hours late. We had a £30 cost incurred which was dealt with rapidly with a handwritten receipt. I was asked whose name the claim would be made with which was different to the car one and they changed it accordingly. I was then given a card key to open the exit barrier. But this was not needed as barrier was up anyway. Went very smoothly.”

“Easy booking online, confirmation was immediate of our booking with dates and times agreed. All relevant direction booking reference was on received documents. On arrival we went through the automated booking section and key was deposited. Received green confirmation ticket (keep it safe) of car left, got on shuttle bus and was able to relax. The staff were very professional and helpful throughout the process, it was nice knowing your car was going to be parked in a secure area a couple of minutes from the airport. On return the collection process was so easy, from getting on the bus to being on the road home took less than 15 minutes. I’m sure it may take a little longer if it’s busy, but I will certainly use this service again, 5 stars from me and my family

“Great service. Easy to find. Parking up and key deposit was smooth. Staff were helpful. On return the service was quick. Bus was every 5mins or so. Only issue we had was that somehow my daughters water bottle got broken. How that could have happened is strange as it was on the back seat.”
