“Disappointed, having left my car parked in a disabled area, that on my return it had been moved some way away. I don’t walk easily and now have a blue badge. Luckily our son was able to collect it for us. Also it would be very useful to have easy access to the toilets when picking up the car key before a long drive home rather than having to limp round to the check-in side! Otherwise no complaints (though the bus was very crowded).”
“Everything was fine except for the confusion that in advance I was advised to take a ticket on arrival but the system had changed and no ticket was available. Similarly on departure there was a queue because drivers are requested to enter their ticket when there was no ticket to enter. This should be rectified.”
