“We have used silver zone for at least 9 years and the service has been good. Although this year on our return we were given our key and lot number. When I got there it was not my car luckily a member of staff saw our dilemma and directed back to the collection point. A lady took my key and said I will find it and 20 minutes later she appeared with my car. So that was a tadge disappointing.”
