“John at Bristol was very reassuring when I phoned prior to my arrival and the chap who helped me check in was also very helpful. However, upon my return (29.8.23) I felt there was a lack of explanation as to why I had to wait half an hour for my car especially as I was travelling alone and had planned to drive and arrive home before dark- if more explanation had been provided I would have given 5 stars. I would use and recommend this service particularly as I now feel a bit more confident of how it all works.”
“The drop-off process was fine, but collection was chaos. With the transfer busses dropping off 100 customers at a time and just 2 people behind the counter operating an entirely manual process to find and return the keys. Once we had the keys the directions to our car were “by the fence, next to disabled”.”
