“This system seems much more complicated than it needs to be. It would make much more sense to be able to leave your car and take the key with you. Queuing to register your key is time consuming but I guess you can make more money moving cars somewhere else and getting more cars into the main carpark. I will use long stay next time and pay the extra.”
