“Me and my wife always used silver zone in previous years, this year was our first as a family of three, we parked in the parent and child space which granted is close to key drop off section. I had four suitcases to load out of the car only to find that there are no trolleys in silver zone, this meant I had to do two trips from the car to the key drop off section in the pouring rain. Not impressed at all, I wouldn’t use this service again as it just isn’t suitable if you have small children that are unable to wheel their own luggage”
“Easy to find off A38, south of the airport. Do not put Postcode into SatNav. Self-service key drop but staff will talk u through it. Frequent bus to the terminal.”
“I’ve used Silver Zone before and it’s an efficient, stress free and safe way to park and leave your car whilst on holiday. However, on arrival last week we were told the Silver Zone was full and we were redirected to the Long Stay car park instead, despite pre booking. The Long Stay is vast and we drove around for over 30 minutes before finding a space which left us with a long walk, rushing and dragging our cases through a maze of footpaths, walkways and building/roadworks to the terminal. This is obviously avoided when using Silver Zone so we weren’t impressed. On retuning from holiday we had to contact the car park management to validate our parking by quoting our booking reference in order to get out of hitch took time. Unfortunately not the best experience we’ve had using Bristol Airport parking.”
“Slight improvement required on self checkin where the details already entered online for booking are transferred to the checkin screen when scanned. However, very helpful staff available!”
