“Returned to silver zone to find the car had been damaged broken front spring and damaged exhaust, tried phoning on return no answer after 2 hours. Awaiting your response!!”
“Car was returned to us covered in mud all along the passenger side and the wheels were filthy. When I reported it to the Reception they immediately took the car for a jet wash and I also filed an online complaint which was responded to the same day with an offer to pay for a full interior and exterior valet. Whilst I was really disappointed with the condition the car was returned to us as whoever had moved it over to the collection bay would surely have seen the damage, I can't fault their service in responding to the issue. However this has now made me thing twice about using this service again, despite using the airport at least twice a year.”
“On Arrival was very good. Parked car, took photos of car and of dash recording mileometer as advised. straight on to bus and deposited at departures. However on our return the que for the silver zone pickup was massively long and not being monitored by anyone and it took us 45 minutes before we could get a bus and were crammed in so tight it was not good.
On a good note when we eventually collected key had to walk quite a long way to the collection point, But the car was as we had left it and only recorded ONE extra mile. Suppose that if you dont mind adding another two hours to the end of your holiday ie retrieving bags and getting through the ridiculously long passport control que ( please bring back humans not machines), it's a cheap way to go. Won't be doing it again it's worth an extra £50 to £100 to park at airport or get taxi.”
“I would highly recommend the Silver Zone parking. It's so easy, with staff on hand to help with any issues. Good bus service to & from the terminal building with extra buses when busy, plus your car is safe & sound!”

Picking up the car was even easier the staff were so efficient I have all ready recommended it to one of my friends and they have used it today to go away.
