“A very kind lady employee lifted our case into our car boot for us. Transfer was very efficient and staff at drop off and collection were all helpful.”
“The outbound service was efficient and you have clearly saved headcount by introducing the self-service terminals. The experience on return was not up to your usual standard. There were long queues for the transfer buses. Upon arrival at the key collection point the area was choked with returning travellers, all waiting to collect their keys and their cars. There were only two, young female staff on the desk dealing with the returns - they weren't the quickest and were clearly overwhelmed by numbers and there appeared to be no additional support available until a middle aged lady with long hair appeared and when it was suggested she might like to help her staff, she snapped that she'd been on duty since 7am without a break and disappeared again. We eventually got our keys after about half an hour to return to our now mud spattered car (I'm pretty certain it wasn't THAT dirty when we dropped it off but no doubt your camera records will confirm one way or the other). In short, your service wasn't up to its usual standard and we will have to consider our options in the future. A quick thought, perhaps reallocate the staff saved on the drop off side to the collection side?”
“Efficient service at the Sikver Zone. Only downside was waiting for the bus on return. Such a long queue and not everyone could fit ion the first bus but buses come about every 15 minutes.”
