“Arrived at 0400 to a queue stretching out of the door!!! Not what you need when you have 2 very sleepy kids in tow. The buses were made to wait until filled to the rafters, not what was promised on the glossy website. The queue was slightly better on return but then had to queue to get out of the car park at 0100 in the morning!!!!!”
“Hi APH,
Most disgruntled following our recent visit to your site at Bristol. We returned from Geneva and did not land until around 20:30, after getting taken to your site and receiving our car keys. We got to the car and went to the exit barrier, only for the barriers to remain down and not release (based on our car reg number plate). We were constantly asked for a card but we had been given no card at your office or told what to do if the barriers failed. After pressing the 'I' button, someone eventually answered, by the time I put the car in neutral, taken off my seat belt and got out of the car, the person (voice) had disappeared and did not come back even after pressing the 'I' button several times more. I then tried to go back to your office. Which in very dark and cloudy conditions was very difficult to find. After about ten minutes or so driving around aimlessly and lost I managed to find it, and eventually was given an exit ticket by one of your office staff - even though they said I did not need one. All very frustrating after spending a long day in airports, on a plane, and trying to get home in the dark.”
“Straight forward drop-off and pick-up but bus drivers need to improve their social skills and interaction with the customers. Jobsworth comes to mind. Also, lots of late/hard braking and fast turns make for less than smooth ride, especially when packed.”
