Such an easy process from initial booking through to Catt collection. Would not even consider booking in at another parking facility in the area

Service was fine but they drove my clean car through mud and all the wheels and wheel arches were covered in lumps of mud. Not happy about that.

Directions and drop off spot on, and not long to wait for bus to take us to the airport. Not quite so good on our return. There are simply not enough buses running. There was a massive queue when we got outside the arrivals terminal, and the signs were saying every 15 minutes for the buses. The queue was so long that we got on the third one to arrive so more than 45 minute wait for us. Thank heavens it wasn't raining because there is absolutely no cover or shelters for customers waiting for the shuttle bus. Next time we'll fly from Bimingham where shuttles run every 10 minutes, and there are plenty of bus-style shelters for people waiting to be picked up.

The early morning outward journey went like a dream with no hitches at checking in at the car park or with transportation to the airport. The return journey on a Saturday afternoon was somewhat different. On exiting the airport and finding the Silver Zone waiting sign we started queuing the correct side only for others to queue on the opposite side of the bus stop. The bus arrived and within seconds the bus was totally overcrowded with far too many passengers and luggage squeezed onto the bus. Had this bus been involved in an accident I dread to think what the injury list would have been?? Once at the Silver Zone depot we were able to obtain our car key’s quickly and departed without any problems. At the airport signage needs improving at the bus stop to ensure queuing is in one direction. How about words on the tarmac footpath? At peak times supervision of bus overcrowding needs attention. As a regular user of Silver Zone these problems rarely occur- that’s why they could be alarming in a worse case scenario. GS

System Crash = 1 hour delay checking in. Manual back up method useless. So so slow, hardly moving at all. Absolute chaos. Everyone upset at the delay checking Checking out Again chaos. Plenty of staff around but only 2 on the desk handing back keys. One lady reported someone had stolen her case. Checkout should be so so easy. Hasn't anyone see the computer system outside supermarkets etc where you simply enter a code and a door opens and hey presto your parcel is in your hand. Why isn't the system like this for key returns? People moaning around me stating better to use airport on site parking or even a taxi!!!!!!!! Better service from Tavern Parking and cheaper. You need a management team who know how to manage. Shocking utilisation of staff and very poor care to customers. I have used your system before when it is not so busy and the service was much better. When there is a lot of customers arriving and departing all hell breaks loose. Your systems are not matched for high demand periods. Use some of your profits to invest in systems which are far more cost effective and efficient. You would increase your profits and turnover if you did!
