Bristol Airport Silver Zone Reviews

4.5 Rating 4,448 Reviews
First time using it so wasn’t sure if the process. Drop off was fine, but very long queues at the airport waiting for that bus back. Normally have parked on the airport so haven’t had this problem. But the cost difference for a two week stay meant that we used Silver Parking this time.

We arrived at Silver zone at 3.30am on Tuesday 3rd October, We had to drive around the arrivals car parking area for 25 minutes. Finally 'wedging' our car in a very tight spot (339 if I remember). I have used Silver Zone over many years and this latest fiasco has led me to register this poor review. I am due to go away again in Decemeber and would need absolute reassurance that parking at Silver Zone will be trouble free. I would be interested to know what the problem was and what you have done to ensure that travellers have a stress free parking arrangement with you.

Good service as usual, apart from on our return instead being parked in the disabled bays the vehicle was parked in the furthest point away from reception. It was not a major problem as it was not raining so I walked to get the vehicle and drove back around to collect my wife.

Very easy to get to well sign posted. Plenty of spaces shuttle buses run regularly no more than a few minutes to wait. Pleasant helpful staff.

This was the first time we had used Bristol Airport. We booked silver zone on recommendations. We arrived at 5am so thought it would be quite. It was in fact very busy and the drop off keys part was a little chaotic with only one person assisting on the machines. We felt that the system could have been better and more hassle free. On collection of our key card at the end of our holiday we had quite a walk with baggage to the car which is not easy for people in their 70,s particularly as my wife has respiratory problems. Perhaps some thought should go into parking cars of elderly/ physically challenged customers nearer to the pick up keys office.

We arrived at Bristol after a twelve-hour at 01:30 journey home and were told our car was at C25 in the overflow car park and given directions. After a 20 minute search we found the car at CE25 - there is no C25.
