“Absolute nightmare returning from Cyprus early Sunday morning. The queue for the silver zone car parking was backed up into the terminal building. I decided to have a coffee and wait for the line to disperse, I reasoned that this long line would be the same at the car pick-up desk. I bit the bullet and joined the line, as other flights were adding to the queue.
To my astonishment, there was hardly a wait at the other end owing to the fact of the new system that Silver Zone has introduced. Plenty of staff handing you your car keys, very efficient and picked up car within 3 minutes. Will def use this parking zone again. PS, wish I had joined the queue earlier.”
“Arriving was all very efficient and ran smoothly BUT a very different experience coming home from holiday. Queued for the best part of an hour with 5 children under the age of 7 in the pouring rain and a very cold wind with no assistance or apologies of any kind whatsoever. The queue was extremely long so we were not the only ones getting very wet. The drivers of the Silver Zone buses did not show any compassion at all. This could have been rectified by putting on extra transport, surely you have more than 2 buses. I can just go on and on with the complaints, it really was disappointing and I can only see it's going to get worse as the airport becomes.”
“Efficient drop-off and pick up of the car. Bus was waiting when I arrived. Friendly staff. Reasonable price when getting a discount voucher. Only suggestion... Please don't overload the buses.”
