“Very easy to use and staff were absolutely superb. Few queue jumpers caused a few arguments coming back but not long the fault of APH. Will use again.”
“A great service to and from the airport. Now there is a new automated system to check in things seem to be much smoother. I can understand that some people still like the one to one touch over the counter, at the moment it seems to be catered for.”
“Check in and collection are simple and quick. Shuttle service is normally quick, efficient and regular and drivers are helpful and friendly.
When I last used this location there was a problem on return as police had closed the road between airport and parking site. Rather than try to use a longer, alternative route, buses were cancelled and we had to wait for 4 hours until the airport opened a route across the runway to retrieve the car.”
“Although the car park was well organised.the q for the bus from the airport was terrible it touch 35 minutes to get to the car park .should have had more buses on at that time of day .”
“Strange and incredibly frustrating setup. Park car and remember where you’ve parked (as you would any other car park), but add a few unwanted extras:
- Queueing for 15 minutes in an outside uncovered queue to hand your keys over, before getting the bus to terminal. Always good to start your holiday wet through!
- On returning, pick your key back up and find the new space your car has been moved to. Having originally parked close to the bus stop, our car was now a trek to an overflow car park in the dark of night, in the rain, with a tired 4 year old.
- For good measure, someone’s buggered around with your seat height/angle/other settings.
Very frustrating! Would avoid at all costs in the future.”
