“The reception and parking of the car was good. When we returned to Bristol the car had been moved to the collection area. When we got into the car I found the car heater had been turned on to full. Both front heated seats had been turned on to full. The radio had been retuned to Radio 5 Live. The door mirrors had been adjusted and the seat had been moved. I realise that the seat may need moving to drive the car safely from one area to another. But why was everything else done? Surely they did not take that long to move the car under normal circumstances for the heater and seats to have time to heat up. SO WHAT WAS GOING ON?”
