“We booked with APH but when we turned up we couldn't book in because our APH booking reference was not recognised. We had to go to get booked in by a person at the desk. We were told that a number of APH bookings had been cancelled. There was not a problem and we were booked in quickly. Apart from that glitch, our parking experience went smoothly.”
