“Easy drop off parking.....didn't realise that the car would be moved.....now it makes sense, to keep the drop off area clear, but a comment to that effect would be useful......on pickup, there was only 1 assistant at the desk......more people would have improved the experience.

“This is a good service. Drive in and park your car. Leave your key and catch a bus to the terminal. On your return catch the bus collect your key and they tell you were your car is parked which is only a short walk away.”
“Efficient and timely service. Transfer almost seamless. Plenty of convenient parking space in the drop off zone. Only quibble being Bristol APH doesn’t offer the full 20% parking discount as most other APH sites do !”
