“Very poor service at the moment with the ongoing roadworks which is affecting traffic flow in the area causing inevitable delays and long queues at the bus stand returning to the car park.”

On our return after landing, the ques for the bus back to the car park was so long.
Waiting time was 20 minutes.
I was escorting an 80 year old with reduced standing and mobility.
Luckily we did get on the bus after waiting, but many others didn't and had to wait even longer.
It seemed that the transfer division couldn't cope with the volume of people when flights come in together.
Would I use this service again, only if its cheaper than other options.”
