“We had to wait over 20 minutes for our transfer, which should be 15 minutes and then had to pick up from car hire too which added time to our transfer, this plus some other factors resulted in us missing our flight by seconds.
The time before when we used them they lost our car on our return. They gave us 2 numbers that the car could be parked at and it wasn't at either. We went back to the building and someone had to come out to look for our car. Not happy in the early hours of the morning when you just want to go home. We will look at other options in future”
