“Check in was very quick with a very welcoming and helpful young lady at hand to support with the self service. However picking up of keys was very slow and not a great experience. Just another observation, the buses were filthy, and looked as if they hadn’t been washed for weeks! Surely the appearance of the vehicles being used should be a priority for the drivers!”

“This was our 1st time using Silver Zone, we found checking in our car very easy and staff very helpful.
Unfortunately when collecting our car we were informed our car had got very dirty as parked by roadworks at the airport. To be told you would normally had cleaned the car but did not have the facilities to do so was very disappointing as we now have to fund cleaning the car ourselves. I would suggest you have vouchers to give to customers if this arises again.”
