“The journey out was ok as usual but the return was awful as usual. The bus from the airport was way over full and dangerous in my view, with elderly people and people with children having no stability whilst crowded in like cattle. Silver Zone shoild NOT pack people into busses they way they do. Then the car was parked miles from the building in a very unbusy car park. A very stressful end to a holiday - thanks silver Zone.”
“Had a better experience on this return thank December when we are a disabled vehicle and was put in tge car parking overflow right at the bottom. My husband has lung disease and can't walk far. The only criticism is that there should be a pick up point outside the building for those who care unable to walk far.
This time we were much closer to the building which helped.
On return this time going to wait for the busses, the queue was horrendous and we had to wait sometime in the cold air for the next bus to arrive, if there are lots of flights are landing at the same time then more busses in the winter months could help passengers get away quicker especially in the rain. A covered waiting ares would be an advantage here too.
But other than these few points very good service.”
“We parked some distance from the main reception ,and thought wrongly that our car would not be moved . I have had 3 heart stents and get breathless and chest pain if I walk with a heavy case for a long distance ,so this burden ends up with my wife .WE arrived back on the same sheduled day but on an earier filght. I went out to where the car was located but it was not there.My wife then informed me that the car had been moved again . We now had to wait for 30 minutes in the freezing cold while they located my car . We were not told where to wait just outside!! We kept on asking the attendants for more information but those of them that actual understood english could not help .By now I am angry and cold .Eventually we were given our key and told where the car was ,another trek with a heavy case.This is the second time the car has been moved a long distance from the original parking . I hate the fact that people are driving my personal vehicle without my permission ,especially when it is an expensive Lexus. I will not be using this Cowboy service again .”
