“A good experience. One improvement I would suggest is easing the ability of a driver - having picked up their car - to be able to pull up briefly near the collection office area - to pick up other family members, particular those with heavy bags and small children, so the whole family group don't have to walk across the car park to their vehicle, especially in the dark and wet. It should be noted that not all family group members can get on the same Silver Parking bus when they come out of the arrivals area of the terminal, so this makes it complicated for the group to reunite at the vehicle collection point in the car park. Hence, a pull-in for the driver of the vehicle to enable picking up the rest of the party would be safe and convenient.”

The drop off for keys was easy with automated computers which explained each step.
To pick up my keys was quick and easy, found my car which was in an allocated letter and number bay. Staff were polite.”

We are approaching our 90's and the only other thing that would have been a great help to us would have been the parking of our car as it was in the farthest point. Do you have a disabled parking?
