The system for booking your car in is easy to follow....collecting your keys to pick up your car is very quick...although it could be explained a wee bit better where your has been moved....our only bug bear is that for the short distance the car is moved that the DRIVER'S SEAT IS MOVED...but overall good as never long to wait for the shuttle buses”
