“The process is relatively straight forward, particularly on pick up but I did have a problem with the usually automatic barrier when exiting the carpark. The barrier requested the barcode ticket thst had been kept by the pickup desk folk. The help button didnt appear to work but eventually after a few stressful minutes, the barrier went up.”
“Booking is straightforward and good value. Number plate recognition lets you in fairly promptly and you can generally leave your car not too far from the key drop off. I would prefer to check in to a human rather than use a machine, in case I have any questions. It might be useful to have a light flash over the key drop slot as I frequently look for a slot on the machine itself. The bus is frequent in both directions and the drivers are friendly.”
“Well sign posted. Plenty of parking, fast easy auto key drop off, no wait for shuttle bus.
On return, shuttle waiting, key pick up fast, car started first time, was off home, no issues”
“The parking facility is very good. The staff unfortunately let the service down by appearing very uninterested and not enjoying working there. After just experiencing a lot of public transport in Switzerland the contrast could not be starker”
“Excellent service, booking in was really easy although I did forget to tag the car keys and they had to be located and retrieved from the deposit bin. Very helpful in that respect. On our return the car was easy to find and only a short distance from the Office. I like the new arrangements for the Silver Zone bus on our return, saves all the pushing and shoving to get on first. Well organised. Have always used Silver Zone and always will. Recommended.”
