“This was the forth time I have used Silver Zone in the last two years, and on each occasion I have found it to be a pleasant experience. It has always been a reasonably quick process from checking in my vehicle as well as picking it up. Staff have always appeared to be helpful, and the new system for getting on the courtesy bus from the terminal back to the car park seems to be work work well and is definitely a move in the right direction.Thank you.”
“Due to a 'supposed' timing issue we had to pay an extra £30 on arrival which wasn't a problem but upon our return our car wasn't ready as the lady booking the modified return time had put the wrong date. So we suspect that we shouldn't of had to actually pay the extra £30 but don't want the hassle of trying to get the refund. Finally got out car in the early hours of the morning. Not impressed.”
“This was the first time we had flown from Bristol. The process at the Silver Zone was first class and on a par with Gatwick. Would use Silver Zone again if we fly from Bristol”
“On arrival to collect my car Brad advised that they had a problem starting my car to move it to the collection area.
Attempts were made to start it in my presence and after AA attended and couldn't it was arranged for the car to be lifted onto a wagon the following day which entailed the movement of at least 2 rows of cars parked adjacent to mine to allow access to the recovery wagon.
Brad assisted throughout the day (I arrived about 9:30am and eventually left about 3:15pm - long day!) and was extremely helpful as were his colleagues.”
