“I returned Monday evening [26/02] after a flight delayed by nearly four hours, and found at midnight that my car had a nearly flat tyre and so contacted the RAC who arranged for me to stay in ther Hilton b+b and for the car to be dealt with the next morning. In all of this the Silver Zone personnel were very helpful and the staff member circulating as security also pumped up my car tyre temporarily. HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL in knowing what to do and re-assuring my wife and I whilst stranded in freezing [actually 1 degree C] temperatures up to about 1.30 am in the car park. He was so thoughtful and considerate and made sure I drove safely to the hotel car park for ther night. Thank you Silver Zone.”
“Well-signposted to Reception, and instructions clearly laid out. However, printed instructions state that a ticket is obtained on entry and then used at exit barriers on return. However, it all seems to be done on ANPR now so those instructions need amending.”
“Good arrival check in. On return the key collection could have been clearer -I was told D34 when it was C34. Also automatic headlight switch had been turned off in our car and heating turned up to 25degrees - we never have it more than 22. Hope someone was not sitting in the car warming up while we we’re away!”
