“Both arrival and departure were so simple and straight forward I can't understand why every airport doesn't have a similar system. Plus there was always someone on hand to help if it was needed. We have used it before and will not hesitate to use it again or recommend it to other. Amazing!”
“Such an easy process, from the minute you drive in. It couldn’t be any easier. We drove into a space, parked up and walked into the office. We walked straight up to the machine which was touch screen and followed the instructions which were very, very user friendly. Popped our car key in the box and walked out, straight on to the bus. All in all, it took 5 minutes. I’m sure in busier months, you will have to queue but as it was so straightforward, it shouldn’t take too long.”
