“Signage was not good when trying to find a parking space on arrival. A number of cars went round and round looking for a space by following signs that said 'spaces this way' or similar, when we actually needed to go through to the next compound. I passed two staff members who made no eye contact, but I'm sure they could have directed me a few minutes before I figured it out for myself.”
