“Excellent service. Very quick check in and despite a full bus load of people arriving to collect their cars collection of the car on our return was also very quick.”
“Whilst I am happy with the service. What I do not appreciate is everything is our car being messed with. I appreciate the seat depth needing to be moved, however, I do not feel, for the incredibly short drive you take, that the lumbar support needed to be amended. The heating turned right up to the highest point (the car has never had that temperature even when it snowed) and the seatbelt height being messed with.”
“we have no choice do we all you need is somewhere to park your car simple you would think , got there and on line booking code we had printed off didnt work ! had to faf around looing to get help and low and behold found booking logged in done on return weather was rubbish car was moved to the furthest point avail surley people you must devise a system that will allow a more effoicient way of cars being moved to an easier nearer. place for collection we were ok but people with mobility issues will find this a real problem bujt any how as long as your car park is full do you really care ?? thx for your service see you need we we have no alternative”
