“THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED THIS PARKING FACILITY AND EACH TIME IT HAS BEEN FOOL PROOF.
ON THIS OCASSION WE LANDED AT 1.05PM. ON SATURDAY FROM SPLIT. THERE WAS AN ENORMOUS QUEUE FOR THE SILER ZONE BUS. HOWEVER, ON ALIGHTING THE BUS, I NOTICED THAT WE HAD ONLY BEEN IN THAT QUEUE FOR 15 MINUTES. THE RETRIEVAL OF OUR KEY WAS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND SO WAS FINDING OUR CAR. EVERYTHING IS SO WELL ORGANISED.”
“Bristol Airport Silver Zone is the only car parking I would use when flying from and to Bristol Airport. It is clean quick and the staff are helpful and friendly. However on my last return from Spain I hopped on the bus to take me back to my car parking and said "good evening" to the driver of the bus. He did not answer me. So I said again, raising my voice slightly, prompting him to acknowledge me (I knew he had heard me the first time "Good Evening, he turned his head slightly me and gave a angered look and completly ignored me again. I took a place to stand as I had to hold mine and my travel partners bags and could not make it to the rear of the bus where. He as a driver should have been aware that he had standing passengers but he took to the road and his driving was not smooth, it was jerky all the way to the parking zone and he was on and off the brakes all the way. It appeared that he did not like his job very much and did not take the care he should have taken knowing there were standing passengers.
This is the first time I have experienced a bad driver to the Silver Zone and hope that I have a better experience next time.”
