“Top service on arrival at 0300 with staff very attentive and in good humour with a high number of users of service. Pickup time was later but service mirrored arrival with good directions from staff member. Would definitely recommend and will be using again and would give more than 5 Stars if possibe.”
“BASZ is easy to locate. There is a simple process to deposit you car key (don't loose your receipt). The transfer bus schedule is very good. Our bus driver helped me with loading one case.
On return, the bus service was excellent and the staff and process for returning the car were very efficient.”
“Although very busy when I arrived (5am.) the staff were efficient and helpful to move everyone onto the buses to the terminal.
Return was quick and stress-free, catching the bus waiting outside the terminal and picking up the car key.
The only down side is the cost; but parking at Bristol Airport is expensive, possibly driven by the lack of public transport links.”
