“Our trip this time was somewhat chaotic, yes I understand that there was a few flights going out early on the 6th May, but our return trip was even more manic
Yes there was 3-4 flights arrived on the 20th May, but, I ask you what are you supppsed to do if it's pouring with rain on either occasoon, there is just nowhere to go
Yes, we probably only waited 10mins or so for the bus as the que went on forever. Arriving at receptiontion was even more manic as all the bus loads were trying to collect keys & there was only 2 members of staff handing out keys. Expand your car park yes, but expand reception to cope with the people or provide some sort of shelter.
Will think twice before booking later in the year to travel as we often do.
