“The booking and checking in process are fine. With all things new one takes a bit of time to get to grips with it but it is well organised.
The bus to the airport was on time and the transfer was quick.
However there were not enough buses on the return leg. We waited in a queue as 2 came and went. Luckily it wasn't raining as we we would have got soaked if it was.
You say they're every 15 minutes but they weren't. And your computer should know the number of people who require transfer so it would be better to lay on extra buses at busy times.
Key collection was slick.
I have a long estate car and getting out of the parking space was a bit difficult. Thankfully I have parking sensors so I didn't bounce between the cars behind and adjacent.”
