“We were a bit surprised to see the new automated sheck-in, luckily a member of you staff was on hand to help us and that made life easier. On return, we were surprised how quickly we were able to collect our car.”
“We have used silver zone car park for all our trips abroad when flying from Bristol airport. The key check in and collection always run smoothly with plenty of staff on hand to support and direct you, the queues have always been minimal.
My only complaint would be that the queue for the silver zone bus from the airport back to the car park is usually disorganised and very long.....we waited for nearly an hour on Monday to board the bus. Lots of frustrated people, many trying to jump the queue (which caused extra frustration). No staff to direct anyone and bus drivers overworked and fed up. Not the best experience after a long flight home”
“Absolutely awful. on way out (Sunday 30th June @ 5 am) there was enormous queue caused by " buses delayed by A38 problems" it was raining and there was inadequate cover , I thought it was a one off, but on my return on Monday @5.30pm ,,,,,, huge queue for bus, with inadequate signage indicating where to go, rain again , no cover and on arriving at car park, there were only 3 people returning keys, When you know how many bookings you are dealing with, it is unacceptable at the price you charge, for you to offer such a exceptionally poor service, Is it because basically you have a monopoly? Will endeavour to try alternative next time, whoever is in charge/designed system should be ashamed.”
“Fantastic service. My partner is with a walking stick and they put our car in the disability area which they opted to do for us. Which was just outside the door when collecting the car. What a great contribution by them. Highly recommended.”
