“your drives seem to not all,are not as smooth as i would like them to be seem to leave passangers to pack in so poorly it make for trouble driver then comes to sort out with no understanding for are plite shouting etc there is no excuse for this . maybe if drivers got involved at the outset we all would benefit ...........”

“Parking is a smooth affair, only gripe is waiting 20 mins for a bus to come is too long, especially on way back from holiday. The price is ridiculous, hopefully with new car parking on airport it will drive Silverzone price down as it costs more to park than it is for a return flight to Portugal!”

“Arrived at Bristol silver zone at 0400 along with many others for the numerous 0600 departures. Although very busy we found a vacant dropping off space and despite long queue passed quickly through the efficient reception aided by an assistant at the automatic key drop off.
Transport to departures was prompt and a short journey. Collection 2 weeks later was equally efficient, although we were lucky to be one of the first off the bus. Keys retrieved and pointed in right direction we found our car with little fuss due to excellent signage. Very happy with our experience, this was the second time we'd used the silver zone and will use again.”
