“The only negative is they pack too many people onto the buses. We were crammed like sardines with cases wheeling around our legs when going around corners. Some people seated even had their cases on their laps. This is surely not very safe.”
“Reasonably price and efficient with a frequent 5 minute shuttle bus journey to the airport .
It was busy when we were waiting to return to our car ,, however . There was a long queue, which was unusual. We were told we needed our green ticket receipt to get on the bus, something we had not been told before. Bear this in mind!”
“Have used this service several times now and as usual the booking in procedure was very good. But on our return to the location to collect our vehicle we were given our key with a yellow location tag attached. For the 2nd time it was incorrect. Thankfully our car was only 2 spaces away on this occasion so easily sorted.”
