Good location and easy check in. But it was a cold night and heating failed in room and there was no extra bedding to use. Reception informed of problem at check out

Having previously stayed at the hotel with no issues and being overall impressed on the service, I easily made the choice to stay again. Unfortunately on this occasion it was awful. Rooms and public areas are clean and well presented staff friendly and helpful but why none of the management decided to inform guests of the disruption caused by overnight road works i will never know. Having the road outside our room dug up by pneumatic drills and large diggers which started at 10.30pm and went into early hours. We didn't get any sleep and it spoilt the start to our holiday. The hotel would have been given notice and to not inform anyone booked in goes beyond poor customer service. I would happily forward on an email I have received from Premier Inn about a stay in have booked for new year and possible disruption so you can see how it should be done. Due to this stay i would be reluctant to book again.

Great hotel for those early flights. Easy walking to airport, clean warm rooms. Not a huge choice in menu but what we had was good. Would definitely use again

Excellent service,staff very friendly,welcoming & professional.Hotel & room very clean,bed very clean & comfortable!Only a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal!Very pleased overall,we stayed last year,this year also & we are going to book it next year also!

Room was clean and just what we needed for 1 night before our flight. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel.

Booked ok told reception we were checking out at 4.30 asked if we could have a cooked breakfast to be told it opens at four. Paid extra for two cooked when we came down next morning we were told no cooked breakfast till 6. I explained this to manager an he went off to sort out a refund explaining we could have the continental one we had this cos we had to check in at six manager never returned on leaving I found manager an asked how he got on sorting my refund. He smiled at me an said you have had continental now so no refund. I had no time to argue with him so we left. This isn't what I expected. I will be filling a complaint with head office

Great location, usual IBIS standard, good for an early flight.
