“Ideally situated, just a short walk across the road from the terminal at Birmingham airport. It is a modern hotel. The rooms are very nice and we also had a meal and drink in the bar and restaurant. A great and very convenient way to start your holiday.”

“Room was ok. Basic but did what we needed. We booked breakfast and paid 12 each but then when we went for dinner were informed the fryers were broken so we went next door to the Novotel. When we got back ( an hour after booking the breakfast) I asked if we could cancel the breakfast booking and have a refund. Was told this was not possible. Not sure why it was so difficult the night before?? Shower was good room was adequate but would stay at Novotel for next time due to the inflexibility of this hotel.”
