“Perfect location for the terminal (2 minutes walk, if that) and only 10 minute walk from car parks 4 & 5. The room, although basic, was extremely clean, comfortable and modern. Surprisingly quiet at night considering it's proximity to the terminal. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent and the service was second to none. Overall a great night and highly recommended.”
“Great experience. Room was clean and as expected. My wife and I had dinner in the restaurant on location. Although very busy, the food we ordered came out quickly and was very nice and reasonably priced. Staff we dealt with were polite and pleasant. Thank you.”
“It is a review of 2 halves. Location and staff was very good but unfortunately on arrival without warning was told there would be a powercut which lasted 3.5 hours during the night. I use a CPAP machine so this was a disaster for me so had I know this would have driven through the night instead. Ruined my first night with no sleep so actually as you can imagine unacceptable”
“Never been to Birmingham Airport before and getting there after long traffic jams was stressfull. The warm welcoming and lovely room took away all the stress. A loverly evening meal and a good nights sleep before a long flight was very welcome.”
