“Across the road from the car park and the terminal, the hotel from a practical point of view had everything we needed. But we were woken up by a chorus of car horns at 4am. It probably had nothing to do with the hotel but just never let up and so sleep was impossible.”
“This is a popular Hotel just a short walk away from the Airport terminal. There was a bit of a wait checking in, but the room was very clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Did not experience any noise from the planes.
We didn't use the restaurant or bar however it was very busy and a lot of people were eating in. Quick check out in the morning. Great start to our holiday.”

We chose an evening meal from a limited menu in the restaurant . This was tasty , hot and well priced.”
“The hotel Ibis at Birmingham Airport was fine, very convenient for the airport and worked well as an overnight stay. However, the parking and bus service from APH was poor. The car park was not tarmaced in the area offered to us (loose material), meaning that we could not use the wheels on our cases and had to carry the cases a long distance. There was only one staff member in attendance at 3-00pm in the afternoon and the ticket he issued was of such poor quality that it could not be read on our return. The bus was old and noisy in both directions and on our return was late picking up from the airport. Once again there was only one person in attendance at the carpark. Overall a very poor experience that we will not repeat or recommend to others”
“Very clean ..bed excellent and sheet quality excellent ..room quite as well ..Will defiantly use ibis again , and would recommend ibis at Birmingham airport”
